Luke has over 18 years of experience in the design, documentation, and administration of bespoke residential and commercial projects in Western Australia. In that timeframe Luke has been involved in a wide variety of single and multi-residential projects, renovations, and additions, partaking in the initial design process, Development Approval drawings including presentation drawings and 3D rendering to documentation for Building License. 

Throughout this period, he has worked with architects, engineers, and builders to ensure seamless transition from design to construction.

THE CUSTOM HOME EXPERIANCE

Working closely to a client’s design brief and budgets, Luke takes in all aspects of design to create a personalised finished product. Luke prides himself on being able to understand what is important to a client and being able to transfer that dream onto paper. Watching that initial concept sketch come to life through documentation drawings, product selections and then seeing the finished built home is the most exciting part of the job.

NDIS INVESTMENTS

More recently Luke has spent a lot of time working on National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Investment Properties for clients all over Australia. Luke’s experience in design and working previously with Architects on commercial projects has allowed these clients to maximise the returns on their investment and still create a functional home for the people living in them.

Luke has completed his Diploma in Building Design and Drafting, ensuring that his highly specialised advice is always in line with WA’s building codes and regulations.
